Jobs for America’s Graduates
Jobs for America’s Graduates serves middle school students who are identified as being at risk of not reaching their potential or of leaving school prematurely. This program seeks to connect students to resources that provide transition support when they matriculate into high school. The primary goals are to improve students’ positive perceptions of themselves as persons and as students, and to assist them in their successful transition into high school.
